Refund policy

At Vellise LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, please review our return policy carefully.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized products, digital products, gift cards, final sale items, and opened hygiene-related products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
